A football club is about more than just the players on the pitch. All leagues and clubs require volunteers to undertake chairperson, secretary and treasurer roles to implement their constitution. Additional volunteers fulfil positions such as fixtures secretary and welfare officer to assist the league or club to operate effectively. Finally, there are frontline voluntary roles performing first aid and coaching tasks. Volunteers are essential in keeping the game running. By volunteering, not only are you helping others and making football operate, but you are also gaining experience and enhancing your skills.

Adult Volunteer Position
New England Sci-Tech seeks motivated adults who are interested in helping a community of educators help a community of learners. In a nurturing, team-driven maker environment we help train you on equipment, tools, and curriculum, mentor you in your activities and projects, and give you leadership opportunities to participate in public service, lead workshops, guide the company in its mission, and mentor other learners. These include robotics, electronics, rocketry, amateur radio, 3D design, photography, astronomy, wireless and wired networking, computer science, wood working, product development, or curriculum development. You will participate in activities for approximately 2 or more hours a week.
If you have a different question please contact us. The term adult amateur applies primarily for competition purposes and is defined within the rules of the US Equestrian USEF that provides the body of rules by which dressage is governed. We encourage all of our members to attend at least the A, B and C Part1 sessions; the educational content is superb. We encourage you to participate, audit or be a demo rider in the workshops.
