Less than a year after her infamous Vanity Fair shoot, another photo of teen queen Miley Cyrus is causing controversy. In a photograph taken with boyfriend Justin Gaston and a group of friends, the Hannah Montana star, 16, pulls a slant-eye pose in an apparent attempt to 'look Asian'. After the image was leaked on to the internet, Asian American groups have condemned the pose as 'racist' and demanded an apology from the teenager. A spokesman for the Organisation of Chinese American OCA said: 'The photo falls within a long and unfortunate history of people mocking and denigrating individuals of Asian descent. The OCA said the inclusion of an Asian American in the photo, the only one in a group of eight who wasn't pulling a face, did not make the image acceptable.

However, it is still shocking to discover that one particular photo was so controversial that it got Cyrus banned from an entire country. She appears to revel in the fact that she can make people react to her shocking acts. At the age of 15, she was in a shocking photo shoot with Vanity Fair where she was topless, covering herself with only a sheet.
